Hotel chic in your own home with quartz worktops from Essex
My aim is to help our clients achieve the design they have in mind – with kitchen worktops we have in Essex and quartz, marble and granite slabs we have in our Essex showroom, this is possible.
I don’t know about you, but whenever I am in a hotel I like to take a good look at the way they organised the bathroom. I often take inspiration from how they use the space, as well as what was the style, what textures were incorporated in the scheme, which colours. I sometimes make notes about what I did not like, as well, not only whether they used quartz or granite or marble. These observations allowed me to create a handy list of tips on how to create a hotel inspired bathroom. And, you know what, some of these tips (with a little twist) are equally useful when designing your dream kitchen. Allow me to explain.
Silestone, form your Essex quarts worktop provider: for speed and for balance
A bathroom is a space that often needs to play two roles: a super-efficient area that help you speed up morning routine and a room where you can slow down the pace of time and regain your equilibrium after a Monday – Friday race. One way to do it is by going minimal. That, however, does not mean ascetic, but being clever with storage and thinking about your bathroom with ‘how am I going to be using it on a daily basis’ point of view.
Bathrooms are notorious when it comes to clutter: toothbrushes, towels, spare bars of soap… having clever shelves and alcoves to stow it all away neatly is one way to do it. And having a basin that sinks into a surface is just one hack that makes cleaning a little easier. Not having to worry about dirt sinking into too many corners makes it faster and easier to keep it all hygienic. The same rule applies to kitchens, does it not?
