Granite is versatile
The way granite is formed makes various types of crystals melt into each other. This makes the appearance of the stone that much more interesting. It offers us an array of patterns and quite a wide range of colours, from deep blacks, through to sparkly greys and dazzling whites. These are not monochromatic though. Each shade will have a mix of various little stones and the overall colour depends on the dominating type of crystal. We even have greens, reds, blues and golds. This versatility allowed us to build a whole library of colours, you can access it by clicking here.
This is good news for interior designers and DIY fans alike, as the choice granite gives us caters for many tastes. This stone is suitable to become a worktop in a modern and traditional kitchen alike.
However, when it comes to DIY, we would never advise installing a stone kitchen worktop on your own. After all, this is an extremely heavy material and although tough, needs to be handled with care. An experienced team will help you make your granite kitchen worktop look at its best and work at its best; without you having to worry about any wobbly or mismatched parts – or aching back, for that matter.
