Colour of the year – how to create a fashionable interior with a quartz kitchen worktop

Fashion trends are, by definition, a fleeting thing. However, even durable creations – like house interiors – cannot hide from the influences of latest style. The trick is to choose those, which have potential of becoming evergreen and that fit the character of the house we are going to introduce them to. For instance, the colours of the year 2016 according to Pantone® are pale pink Rose Quartz and calm blue Serenity – is it possible to use them in our kitchens?

We were discussing various ways of making a kitchen fashionable, and we have come up with two strategies for you:

If we were to use colours of the year as an inspiration and make a permanent stamp on the kitchen, it is surprisingly easy to do that with a wide selection quartz kitchen worktops. Even a tricky shade of pale pink can be found, when you know where to look. Here’s an example of our interpretation of Rose Quartz in your kitchen:
