To give you a free quote we need to find out what your kitchen is going to look like. If you are having a new kitchen installed, your kitchen company should provide a plan of the space. If you simply want to refresh your current kitchen or wish to redo it completely – book a home consultation and we will do the rest.

2. FREE QUOTE
There’s no call-out charge. We’ll come and measure the space to fit your chosen product.

3. SEE THE SAMPLES
On average, we have over 2000 slabs, so there’s plenty of inspiration in our factory! We suggest popping in to the showroom to see our full range, even if you know roughly what colour you are after, it is always good to see what the stone really looks like. We are always happy to book a home consultation and bring some samples along.

Your personal Account Manager will be there with you to answer all your questions, until you are confident with the colour, material – including finish and edge details, however the final decisions is yours.

4. COMMITMENT
Once you have selected a material and you are happy with your quote, you will need to secure it with a deposit. This means that the slabs that you have selected will not be shown to anyone else. If you have chosen a material that needs to be ordered in, this is when we place the order.

By now you will have a direct contact number to your Account Manager, so you can contact them directly with any queries you may have.

5. THE WORK COMMENCES
It’s time for templating. You will need to give us at least two weeks notice to book you an appointment. In order for this to happen, all of your base units will need to have been installed and secured. Your sink and hob will need to be available to our template technician.

They will talk through every detail including what side your drainer grooves will be on and where you will have the joins. They will use the latest templating technology so that we provide you and us with the exact measurements for our stone masons to work with in our factory.

6. THE CONCLUSION
Your Account Manager will contact you regarding your installation date. This will happen in 5-10 working days after your template appointment. Your worktops will be installed by our installation team.

Once you are happy with the outcome, our team will ask you to sign a form confirming you are satisfied with the end result. Only then your final payment will be processed.
