When it comes to spilling acidic fluids, like densely coloured beetroot juice, red wine – swift action is required. Clean the excess moisture with kitchen roll and use soapy water to get rid of any residue. This should deal with the problem and keep your granite kitchen worktop as good as new. If you allow the spills to stay on the surface for long, they may be harder to get rid of.
